At South Coast Therapy & Support Group, we understand that every client’s needs, goals, and experiences are unique. That’s why we’ve developed a service planning model that prioritises the individual—not just a diagnosis, not just a therapy type, and certainly not just a funding line item.
A Structured Yet Flexible Approach
We start with a detailed intake meeting, not just to gather paperwork, but to build rapport, understand goals, and clarify expectations. From there, clients are offered a planning session following their initial assessment that aligns their needs with achievable short- and long-term outcomes. Whether the client is a toddler learning to walk or an adult navigating assistive technology, we tailor the frequency, delivery method, and team members to suit.
Therapists Backed by a Full Support Team
Our therapists are supported by allied health assistants who help implement therapy strategies between sessions—boosting consistency and reinforcing progress. This means less wait time, more support, and better continuity.
Adaptable to Change
Unlike many providers that lock clients into inflexible service plans for 12 months, we build in quarterly reviews and check-ins to reflect any life or goal changes. If a child transitions into school, or a client reaches their therapy milestone early, we shift focus without delay.
Why It Matters
NDIS participants deserve to feel heard and empowered. Our planning model ensures they are active participants in their therapy, not passive recipients.
