School Holiday Group Program: Fun, Therapy-Informed Sessions for Kids & Teens

Looking for fun, engaging, and purposeful activities for your child these school holidays? At South Coast Therapy + Support Group, we’re excited to run our School Holiday Group Program from 29 September – 10 October. These group sessions are designed by our therapy team to be fun, supportive, and skill-building, with options for early years, primary school-aged children, and teens.


Why Join Our Holiday Groups?

School holidays are the perfect opportunity for children to:

  • Build new skills in a fun and relaxed environment.

  • Stay engaged and connected with peers.

  • Explore therapy-informed activities guided by qualified professionals.

  • Boost confidence, communication, and independence while having fun.

Our programs are small group sessions, tailored to different age groups, and focused on supporting children to thrive in everyday life.

Week 1: 29 September – 3 October

  • Monday 29th

    • 2–3pm – 💡 Imagination Explorer (Primary school-aged children) Creative play and problem-solving through fun group activities.

  • Wednesday 1st

    • 11am–12pm – 🎶 Early Communication (Early years children) Interactive games to encourage speech, language, and social skills.

    • 12:30–1:30pm – 🧩 Little Hands, Big Skills (All school-aged children) Hands-on fun to build coordination, fine motor, and everyday skills.

  • Thursday 2nd

    • 10–11am – 🎒 School Readiness (Preschool-aged children)Confidence-building activities to prepare little ones for starting school.

    • 2–3pm – 🏉 Sense Rugby “Come & Try” (All school-aged children)A fun introduction to therapy-informed rugby sessions.

    • 3–5pm – 🏉 Sense Rugby (3pm: ages 4–7, 4pm: ages 8+)A supportive sports group that builds social skills, teamwork, and confidence.

Week 2: 6 – 10 October

  • Monday 6th Public Holiday

  • Wednesday 8th

    • 10–11am – 🥄 Little Whisk Wizards (Early years & Primary school-aged children) Cooking fun while building independence, coordination, and life skills.

    • 11am–12pm – 🎶 Early Communication (Early years children)

  • Thursday 9th

    • 9–10am – 🎒 School Readiness (Preschool-aged children)

    • 1:30–2:30pm – 🛠 Life Skills Hub (Teens)Practical sessions to support independence and everyday skills.

    • 3–5pm – 🏉 Sense Rugby (3pm: ages 4–7, 4pm: ages 8+)
