Our Term 2 therapy groups at South Coast Therapy & Support Group are off to a fantastic start, and we’re so excited to share a little peek into the fun we’ve been having!
Whether it’s our Sense Rugby sessions on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons or our creative therapy groups, every session is filled with laughter, movement, and meaningful connections. Our groups are designed to support children with social skills, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and confidence building – all in a fun, play-based environment.
Sense Rugby: More Than Just a Game
Sense Rugby has quickly become one of our most popular programs, and it’s easy to see why! Through modified rugby activities, kids are encouraged to build motor skills, teamwork, and resilience.
We’re thrilled to now offer two weekly groups on Tuesdays and Thursdays, making it easier for families to find a session that suits their schedule. Watching our young players high-five each other, follow team routines, and tackle new challenges is what this program is all about.

Creative Play: Bubble Art & Big Smiles
Our indoor therapy groups are just as action-packed. One recent favourite? Bubble art!
The kids had an absolute blast exploring colours, textures, and patterns – all while practicing fine motor skills, sensory exploration, and self-expression. Creative activities like this are not only fun but also help children build confidence and regulation in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Join the Fun!
There’s still room to join our Term 2 groups, and we’d love to welcome your child into one of our programs. Whether they thrive in movement-based groups like Sense Rugby or love getting hands-on with creative activities, our experienced team will help them grow in ways that are both therapeutic and joyful.
