We’re thrilled to announce a major milestone for our team and our community – South Coast Therapy & Support Group has officially opened a new clinic space in the Holt Centre in Nowra!
Over the weekend, our leadership team – Claire and Nathan – spent time setting up these new and improved spaces to better meet the growing needs of our clients across the Shoalhaven.
🌱 Why the Change?
As our services continue to expand, particularly in both paediatric and adult occupational therapy, it became clear that we needed more dedicated spaces to deliver the best care in a calm, supportive, and well-equipped environment. The shift from our former location at has allowed us to not only create more treatment rooms but also tailor each clinic space to the needs of specific client groups.
👶 Unit 10B – A Space Designed for Children
Our updated Unit 10B is now dedicated to supporting our paediatric clients. This location has been carefully designed with little ones and their families in mind.
Key updates include:
Two brand-new treatment rooms
A reinstated parent lounge to support carers during sessions
A newly rearranged gym for sensory and gross motor work
An upgraded life skills kitchen, now featuring appliances for daily living skills training
This child-focused space creates a safe and engaging environment to help our young clients thrive.
🧑🦳 Unit 10A – A Brand-New Clinic for Adults
We’re also excited to introduce our newest clinic at Unit 10A – a space specially designed for our adult clients.
This brand-new unit includes:
Three clinic rooms to support a range of therapies
A dedicated staff room to foster team collaboration
By separating our paediatric and adult therapy environments, we’re able to better customise the care experience and ensure our clients feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
🙌 Looking Ahead
We’re incredibly proud of how far our team has come – and these new clinic spaces are a reflection of our continued commitment to client-centred care, innovation, and growth.
We can’t wait to welcome our clients, families, and referrers into these beautiful new spaces, and we look forward to the positive impact these changes will bring to our community.
Stay tuned for more updates!
