We're Growing: What's New at South Coast Therapy & Support Group

South Coast Therapy & Support Group has been part of the Shoalhaven & Illawarra communities for years, and 2026 has brought some of our biggest growth yet. From new telehealth access across the country to an expanding footprint in Southern Sydney, we wanted to share what's changing — and what it means for the people and referral partners who rely on us.


Telehealth Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology, Now Available Australia-Wide

Wherever you live, our Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology team can now support you through telehealth. Virtual sessions can support daily living skills, communication and language development, emotional regulation, school and workplace participation, home programs, and parent or caregiver coaching.


Telehealth offers flexibility without losing the personal connection — the same clinical support and multidisciplinary team behind every session, delivered from wherever suits you best.

Expanding Into Southern Sydney

We're excited to be growing our footprint into Southern Sydney, bringing Occupational Therapy support to more individuals, families and aged care clients across the region. This means more local access for NDIS participants, adults and older adults, alongside new opportunities to partner with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and referrers in the area.

Moving Through Our Shoalhaven Waitlist

Our Shoalhaven team is continuing to work through our clinic and community-based waitlist, and capacity is progressively opening up for Occupational Therapy and allied health assistant sessions. If you're currently on our waitlist, thank you for your patience — we're working through referrals as capacity allows.


If you haven't referred yet, now is a good time to get in touch.


New Capacity for Adult and Aged Care Referrals

We currently have capacity to welcome new adult and aged care referrals. Our Occupational Therapy team supports older adults and adults across the Shoalhaven to stay safe, independent and engaged in the activities that matter to them — including home safety assessments, equipment recommendations, and functional capacity support. We welcome referrals from GPs, aged care providers, Support Coordinators and families.



Growing Our Team — Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists Wanted, Australia-Wide

Behind all of this growth is our team, and we're looking to grow it further. We're recruiting Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, with telehealth roles available Australia-wide, alongside flexible work arrangements, mentoring, professional development and genuine career progression.
