Klara Glaw

Hi, I’m Klara — Your Creative Sensory Strategist!
I’m a Senior Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people of all ages do the things that matter most to them. I have a special interest in mental health, sensory modulation, and trauma-informed care, and I love finding creative, practical ways to support wellbeing in everyday life. I’m also passionate about mentoring other therapists and making sure the care we provide is safe, thoughtful, and person-centred.

My Story

Meet Klara — Senior Occupational Therapist

Creative Sensory Strategist | Mental Health & Sensory Modulation Specialist | Trauma-Informed Care Advocate

Klara is a passionate and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist who brings over a decade of clinical insight to the South Coast Therapy & Support Group team. With a warm and thoughtful approach, she supports individuals of all ages—whether it’s a child learning to play and engage, an adult returning to work, or an older person maintaining their independence at home.

At the heart of Klara’s work is the belief that everyday activities — from getting dressed to enjoying hobbies — are the foundation of a meaningful life. She’s especially skilled in helping people understand their sensory preferences and using that knowledge to support mental wellbeing and engagement in daily life.

As a senior clinician, Klara also mentors and supports other team members, helping ensure that therapy provided is not only effective and safe, but also deeply respectful and person-centred.
