My Story
I originally trained as an Occupational Therapist and have spent my career working across a wide range of settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation services, community health, and workplace injury management.
Over time, I developed a strong interest in helping people navigate recovery after injury and supporting them to return to meaningful activities—whether that’s at home, in the community, or at work. I’ve also held leadership roles in health, safety, and wellbeing, which has given me a broader perspective on how environments, systems, and supports impact a person’s ability to function.
What has always remained constant is my passion for working directly with people. I value building strong relationships with my clients and understanding what really matters to them, so we can focus on goals that make a genuine difference in their daily lives.
I enjoy taking a practical, problem-solving approach and working alongside clients to find solutions that support independence, confidence, and long-term outcomes.
