My Story

I became an Occupational Therapist because I’ve always been interested in how people function in their everyday lives and how the right support can make a meaningful difference.

Since graduating, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a variety of settings in both Australia and the UK, including hospitals, community services, and disability supports. Working in the NHS gave me valuable experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in areas like neurological rehabilitation, acute care, and rapid response services, where clinical reasoning and adaptability are essential.

A big part of my practice is helping people navigate complex challenges whether that’s recovering from injury, managing a neurological condition, or finding the right equipment or supports to improve independence. I enjoy problem-solving and working closely with clients to find practical solutions that fit their goals and lifestyle.

I’m particularly passionate about neurological rehabilitation and equipment prescription, and I enjoy combining clinical knowledge with creativity to achieve the best outcomes for my clients.

At the core of my work is building strong relationships and making sure each person feels supported, understood, and empowered throughout their therapy journey.
