Lili Watson

Hi, I’m Lili — The Calm Creator and Confidence Gardener!
As an Allied Health Assistant, I support people of all ages to grow in confidence, independence, and everyday life skills. I love adapting activities to suit each person’s needs and working alongside OTs and speech pathologists to help our clients thrive.

I’m especially passionate about emotional regulation, communication, and creating safe, calm spaces where people feel supported and encouraged. Before this role, I worked in aged care, schools, homes, and even a pet store — each job taught me something valuable about supporting people (and animals!) with care and empathy.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors with my dogs and chickens, learning traditional skills, or making something with my hands. I feel most at home when I’m helping others grow — whether it’s through a supportive activity, a moment of connection, or a shared laugh.

My Story

Meet Lili — Allied Health Assistant

The Calm Creator | Confidence Gardener | Life Skills & Emotional Regulation Enthusiast

Lili is a dedicated and hands-on Allied Health Assistant who brings warmth, creativity, and calm energy to every session. She works alongside occupational therapists and speech pathologists to deliver fun, tailored activities that help people of all ages build confidence, life skills, and independence.

Lili has a strong focus on emotional regulation, communication, and adapting support to suit each person’s strengths. Whether it’s helping a child regulate their emotions, guiding a young adult toward greater independence, or supporting someone through everyday routines, Lili’s goal is to make each session meaningful and empowering.

Her background is impressively diverse — she holds qualifications in health and allied health assistance, and has worked across aged care, disability support, schools, and hospitals. From palliative care and domestic support to sensory classrooms and even pet care, Lili’s breadth of experience makes her a grounded and empathetic support worker who truly understands people at all stages of life.

Outside the Clinic

When she’s not supporting clients, Lili is usually outside — camping, walking her beloved Kelpies, or caring for her flock of chickens, birds, and fish. A self-declared old soul, she loves traditional hands-on skills like butchering, gardening, knitting, whittling, and cooking from scratch. She even dabbles in guitar and piano.

Lili’s creative job title of choice?
The Calm Creator or Confidence Gardener — because she’s all about planting seeds of growth and watching people bloom in their own time.
