Recently our team had the pleasure of attending the Illawarra Aged Care Expo, hosted by Scope Home Access at the Fraternity Club in Fairy Meadow. The event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with a wide range of local providers, support coordinators, carers, and allied health professionals, all working together to support older adults in our Illawarra and South Coast communities.
